Our experience
Our Leadership has 20+ years of experience in Technology Sourcing and Consulting. The core of that experience is in Switzerland. It includes global projects and also sourcing resources globally.

Client Acquisition, Sourcing and Account Management across various Industries (some examples are Manufacturing, Utilities, Banking, Insurance/Reinsurance and Life Sciences) with a P+L of CHF 15-20 million at our peak.
Services provided has ranged from providing either individuals to teams of up to 50 in size to deliver projects and programs across the whole technology space, right up to Executive Search for CIO level.
The Consultants had valuable end client experience with exposure to major programs such as:
- SAP implementations, for example an industry-leading S4 Hana solution for a re-insurance company;
- Building technology led companies from the ground up, for example complete build out of a global FX brokerage business out of the UAE and its global offices;
- Wide variety of smaller projects acros many interesting areas (ServiceNow, Cloud, Commercial Technology, Salesforce, etc).

Key vendor on a Global IT Transformation for an engineering company across 2 major programs. The first covered Infrastructure & Infosec and the second covered Applications, both as part of a follow the sun global business services initiative. Scope was across 100 countries driving significant cost savings.
We provided sourcing and managed services delivered by 100+ resources and sub contractors across the globe, working closely with Big 4 and Strategy Consultants:
- The first was a transition from a single to multi vendor approach across network, hosting and end user compute/services;
- The second was setting up a full stack of core IS applications build and run services, requiring extensive SAP and functional/business expertise in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations.
Built and managed a P&L of circa CHF 30 million per year.

Designed and implemented a Consulting model, which was then rolled out to more than a dozen clients, with one major program prominently demanding we developed fast. The program involved 50k users being moved into a newly formed entity, with a state of the art greenfield IT environment. At it’s peak, 200 of our consultants were engaged across the entire global program.
During this time we forged our partnership model, with some highlights which moved us to the level of being be a truly global player:
- The build up of a near-shore hub of 60 incredibly talented consultants delivering pivotal services to the program;
- Services being delivered from 6 continents into the Swiss-based program leadership team.
Built and managed a P&L of circa CHF 50 million per year.

We took the consulting business to the next level, built a new brand within the group, established Sales/Delivery capabilities as well as a fully functioning PMO which handled 100+ engagements per month and also delivered numerous internal improvement projects.
Represented the brand towards the Private Equity owners and the other brands within the Group from a Managing Director level. Strengthened our C level network and attended many high level industry events.
